What is stored, and where

Your scores, personal bests and daily streak are saved in your browser's local storage under a single key. That data stays on your device. It is not uploaded, not synced between your devices, and not visible to anyone else.

Clearing your browser's site data for this domain deletes all of it. Private or incognito windows discard it when you close them, and if your browser blocks local storage entirely the tests still work — you simply get no saved history, and the page says so.

What is not collected

There are no accounts, so there is no name, email address or password to collect. Your personal records — bests, streaks, achievements — stay in your browser and are never transmitted.

One thing is sent: when a test finishes, an anonymous statistics record is stored — the game, difficulty mode, score, input device class (touch or mouse), language, and the date — plus accuracy on the aim test and the count of voided early clicks on reaction time. That is the complete list. No IP address, no user identifier, and no precise timestamp is kept, so no score can be traced back to a person. These statistics exist for one purpose: building this site's own "top N% of runs measured here" reference from real data. Once a game has enough samples to be a fair baseline, the result screen will show it.

The leaderboards are opt-in: if you choose to submit a nickname after a run, that nickname and score are displayed publicly on that game's board (no account, nothing beyond the name you type). Every game has its own board, with separate boards per difficulty and, for typing, per language. Boards currently accumulate with no resets; a season change will be announced in advance. Once you have registered a nickname on a board, a later better score is resubmitted under that nickname automatically. If you never submit a name, nothing about you appears anywhere.

Analytics and session recording

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which tests people actually use. It sets cookies in your browser with names beginning _ga, and reports to Google the page you are on, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and browser information. Google Analytics 4 does not log full IP addresses. Your test results are not sent to it: the analytics script has no access to your scores, and we do not pass them to it.

The site also uses Microsoft Clarity, which goes further than page counts. Clarity records how a page was used — where the pointer moved, what was clicked, how far the page was scrolled — and replays it as an anonymised session so we can see where people get stuck. It masks text content by default, and it never sees your scores, which are read from local storage by our own code and never handed to it. Clarity sets its own cookies and may combine what it collects with other Microsoft data, as described in the Microsoft privacy statement.

If you would rather not be recorded or counted, any of these works. Use your browser's tracking protection or a content blocker, turn on "Do Not Track" in browsers that still honour it, or install Google's opt-out add-on for the analytics half. Blocking either changes nothing about the tests, because nothing here depends on those scripts loading.

Advertising

No ads are shown yet, but the site already carries the Google AdSense loader while our application is reviewed. Once ads run, Google may set advertising cookies and use them as described in Google's advertising policy. Ads will never sit inside or beside the game panel, and blocking them does not affect the tests.

Server logs

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request information such as IP address, user agent and requested URL in order to deliver the page and protect against abuse. That processing is Cloudflare's, described in their own privacy documentation, and it is not used here to build any profile of you.

How to clear what is stored

Everything kept about you on this site lives in your own browser, so you can remove it yourself without asking us. Clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings deletes your bests, streaks, achievements, sound preferences and the nickname you last used. There is no account to close and nothing on our side that survives it.

Two things are not stored in your browser and therefore are not cleared that way. A leaderboard entry you chose to submit stays on the board under the nickname you typed, and the anonymous statistics record for a finished run stays in the count. Neither is linked to you or to your browser, so we cannot look up which rows are yours. If you want a leaderboard entry taken down, mail the address below with the test and the nickname and it gets removed.

Children

The site is not directed at children and collects nothing that could identify anyone of any age.
